This album is one of the most underated Ozzy solo albums ever. Tho Ozzy stamped this an terrable album I would instead look at why he would say that. He is in Metal music, He is suppost to look mean and crazy. Thats still here. But he opened up his Heart on this album too. Look at the tracks. See You on the other side is to Randy Rhoads. My Little Man is to Jack. Denial seemed to be to his daughters(I'm not positive thats a fact tho).So that leaves old LA and I want you as songs that were made as a artest. So please open your heart. Blizzard of Ozz had in some ways, this feeling. Such songs as : Goodbye to Romance, Crazy train, gave us that feeling of how ozzy felt about life and sabbath, and the world. Now onto my review of this album: 1. Perry Mason- Heavy main track. This is like the "Flying High again" of Diary of a Madman. This song is without a doubt a Keeper! "I also believe Ozzy should have put this song on his Ozzman Cometh!" . . 100%2. I Just Want You-Soft song with some profound sayings in it. . . 85%3. Ghost Behind My Eyes-Soft song with a tad bit harder chorus. talks about lust. . .80%4. Thunder Underground-Tough heavy song. Yes Ozzy Cusses here. He ment it and I agree! You have to love this song forthe content Alone! Not that Zakk didn't blow you away with the guitar. . 95%5. See You On The Other Side-Soft with a great beat. Great love song for Ozzy! It seems to be to both Randy Rhoads and to his current Wife. . . 100%6. Tomorrow-Slow heavy shock song. Something creepy about it but this one doesn't really hold you too long. . . 85%7. Denial-Slow Jazz-blues style song. Very different for Ozzy's Solo band due to Geezer I think. "He really loves Jazz and Blues!" . .95%8. My Little Man-Soft and If you like "Mama, I'm coming Home" you should like it. One more note: this song was written for Ozzy's son, Jack. . .100%9. My Jekyll Doesn't Hide-Hard and slow. This is more the crazy Ozzy. Anyone who loved the "No More Tears" album will at least enjoy this track. . .95%10. Old L.A. Tonight-Soft track. I sort of didn't care for it. I did like the bridge on the song. Note the change in rating to 75. Thats cause of the fact that this song will grow on you. . .75%(Japan import bonus track and on "Perry Mason" single. The Whole World is Falling Down-This song would go great as a main track for this album I think.
