Ozzmosis represents the "new" stage of Ozzy's existence in a more "socially" conscious era. While it lacks the general hard core sound of his previous albums it tends to reveal the true diversity of the madman. No longer is the music the focal point of recording but rather his vocal prowess for which the album deserves kudos. It is the 90's Ozzy and reaches into the past to guide the future.
