I don't care what people say or think about this album. This is 100% true to life heavy metal. This is their best cd in my opionion. I think it's way better than vulgar dislplay. In fact, that is my least favorite pantera album. Their latest one, reinventing the steel, is my second favorite one. Dimbag is the best metal guitar player ever and vinnie paul is one of the best drummers ever. I prefer lars ulrich over vinnie though. Please don't email me hate mail over this. It's how i feel. Keep your commets to yourself, please. This cd is pretty fast sometimes and could be consider thrash metal if you get down to it. Phil vocals are amazing as usual. This cd is very dark and after listening to it, you'll wonder if pantera are evil people. and they might be. who knows? i've never met them. Anway, i just want to give a shoutout for the new slipknot cd while i'm here...it's really fast and heavy for a new metal band...no rapping this time. they are the closest thing we have to true metal these days besides Godsmack and Drowing pool and Nothing Face.
