Not as good as the album that preceded it, but very good nonetheless. Becoming, I'm Broken, and Strength Beyond Strength are good song. However, the true classics here are 5 Minutes Alone and Using My Third Arm (perhaps the band's most underrated song). Good Friends and A Bottle of Pills is maybe amusing the first time or so around, but after that you'll probably find yourself skipping it. Many would do the same to Planet Caravan, but if you are a real fan then you'll see one of Pantera' few true attempts to expand their music (even if it is by covering a Black Sabbath song). I'd also probably say the the lyrics on here are Phil's best. Not their best album, but not far off.
