I just picked this album up, and I was pretty impressed.
Goddamn Electric and Revolotion is my Name are true Pantera kick ass songs. But, there are pros and cons that reflect this album. The pros are the fact that this band is keeping "real" metal alive with good guitar and musicianship, which trendy metal today is lacking {rather ya like it, believe it or not} and production of this album is fantastic, especially knowing that Dime. and Vinnie were the producers, hats off! The cons, however, are the fact that Dime isn't doing as much lead work as usual, but when he does, it kicks. Second, in my honest opinion, Phil has got to start singing more like he us to on "Cowboys," and "Vulgar."
The screaming all throughout the the whole album gets irritating after a while, and the guy has such a great voice.
But this album blows all the trendy crap bands out of the bussiness. Check it out.
