Oh my. I saw Pantera with Type O after they released the Far Beyond Driven CD. I was addicted after Vulgar Display. southern trendkill was ok. the pantera live album was horribly produced. and this latest offering is just a pain to listen to. their is no growth. nothing that shows they are better as a group. this album could be a demo album for a little band that plays skating rinks to crowds of high school dropouts. and where is the double bass? how could they leave that out so much relative to before? i look forward to another Down release if pepper and phil can hook it up, 'cause pantera is washed up.
