Grasp on the crown of metal has slipped away forever

After trying hard to like this, I have to say I'm disappointed. The first few songs are great... but then it seems hard to find two strong songs back to back as the CD goes on. This is fairly good overall, but I have to be honest and say Pantera's best days are surely behind them. The hunger displayed on both "cowboys" and "vulgar" will not return, though Pantera can give us competent material. If you've liked all their albums a lot, buy this by all means. I personally think you can get better from some lower profile bands e.g. Testaments "The Gathering", which has the magic ingredient this offering lacks. RTS is only a return to form of the last couple of albums.
