I get the feeling that anyone who was into metal actually at the time this came out looks at it as groundbreaking. For me it was going from guns, metallica and nirvana to a new world of the true rage and hostility i was really looking for. I'd never heard an album that represented more raw anger and hostility. There's nothing but pure power and hatred in Phil's voice and the lyric's are Phil's most inspired. That's why headbanger's ball's soundbites were from this album.
