Man, Cowboys From Hell was great, but they really outdid themselves here. This is one of my favorite albums ever, and I own alot. If there's one thing that can be said about this album, it's that it's alot heavier than CFH, but just as listenable and solid. Songs like "Mouth For War", "Walk", and many more will just kick your ass. The part in "Rise" where Phil screams "What's wrong with their minds?" just rules. Phil screams his head off here, but it doesn't sound bad, it sounds great! Dimebag Darrel's riffs are nothing short of amazing, and his solos! WOW! Then listen to Vinnie Paul. His double bass is just insane. Rex has always done a great job with the bass, and you can hear him pretty well too. There are a few ballads, which is nice. I like "This Love" better, but both of them are pretty good. Basically, if you like your music heavy with GOOD musicianship, you can't go wrong with this. I also recommend Cowboys From Hell.
