I love this album

This album is, to me, not only Paul Simon's greatest work but also my favorite album. It both captures the Brazilian music and blends a melodic line above the many-layered beat. "Further to Fly" is my favorite song, but the record plays almost as one long song. My friends don't understand my appreciation of this album, as they think it sounds like "jungle music," but I think that Paul Simon uses these rhythms to form a gorgeous and integral background for a set of very well written songs.
