Good memories - great album!

I love this record - it brings back good memories for me (late 80s and early 90s). "Father to Son" is a great track to listen to when you're feeling down - the lyrics are comforting ('Somewhere down the road you're gonna find a place, etc..'). "I wish it would rain down" is just classic. Phil seems to scream his heart out near the end of the track and Claptons guitar is superb! "Find a way to my heart" is a good piece of pop music and soooo uplifting. Again the lyrics are great and the feelings discussed are universal and easy to relate to - problems with relationships, friendships etc. I know a lot of people turn their nose up at Phil Collins, cause they've only heard stuff like "You can't hurry love", but give this one a chance - it's hard not to like But Seriously. If you like "In the air tonight" (and most people do) you'll like this album - the songs here are just as good as that track and there's 12 of them!!! Even though I prefer Gabriel to Collins; I still reckon this is as good as anything Peter has done...
