Get your "Phil".

I'm more likely to listen to "Henry Rollins" than "Phil Collins", but since I was in high school in the 80's, I can't help liking him. Yes, sometimes he's a little too pop and mushy, but his better songs make up for it. The hits "In the Air Tonight", "Easy Lover", and "Seperate Lives" are all here. Plus the great "Against All Odds", and my favorite "One More Night". His cover of Cyndi Lauper's "True Colors" isn't as good as hers, but still enjoyable. The only thing missing to me is "Don't Forget My Number", (good thing I have that on vinyl). This should complement your "Elton John" and "Sting" cd's well.
