OK for the Casual Fan, But...

If you just want the "hits", then yes buy this. However, you'll be missing out on much of Phil's best stuff.

I've always thought the folks at Atlantic did a bad job picking singles from Phil's CD's. There are SO many better songs that were not released ("If Leaving Me Is Easy" from Face Value, "Don't Let Him Steal Your Heart Away" from Hello, I Must Be Going, "We Said Hello Goodbye" from No Jacket Required)

Instead they release junk like "Sussudio", "One More Night(nice, but boring) and his cover of "You Can't Hurry Love".

The solution? Burn your own CD. Take about half of this one (personally, I didn't include "In the Air Tonight" because it is so played out!!) and then the best from his other CD's. Trust me, you'll be glad you did - though you'll probably never come back to the "...Hits" CD again because you'll have something better.
