There's plenty of upbeat Pop/Rock like the classic "Sussudio" which is a story of a fictional girl (with seemingly a fictional name) that Phil thinks about. Similar in theme is the underrated "Don't Lose My Number" (with the great Old West video). Let's not forget the ballads like the slighly mournful, make up your mind setting of "One More Night", and the happier "Take Me Home".
Of the more upbeat songs, the fast "Only You and I Know" is about what is secret (or not so secret) in a relationship. "Who Said I Would" sounds like something from his earlier studio albums. My personal favorite is "I Don't Wanna Know", which despite its being about breaking a relationship off, is a very happy sounding dance-rocker. "Doesn't Anybody Stay Together Anymore" and "Inside Out" are mid-tempo keyboard songs about the confusion of love. The latter is especially good, as it changes pace from upbeat, to almost a ballad in places. The only song I'm not crazy about is "Long Long Way To Go", it's too dark and moody.
