Excellent example of the real Police style

Regatta de Blanc could be considered the best Police album, for it includes two of their greatest hits, Walking on the Moon and Message in a Bottle. It is more polished than Outlandos d'Amour, the first album, and still holds all the promise of the great things still to come from the group. This album is about 40% Stewart-Copeland written, but, unlike other albums like Synchronicity, there is almost no stylistic difference in the songs he wrote versus those penned by Sting. All the music flows, making this the most listenable of all the Police albums, if not the most sophisticated.
