One of the finest pop/rock albums ever.

Why don't bands like this still exsist? Because the average mindless masses of sheep would rather listen to tasteless drivel like rap or Backstreet Boys. Anyway.....This album is heavily varied from beginning to end, but each track belongs. I'm a huge Sting fan and own all of his albums, but I still feel that the song "Synchronicity 2" cannot ever be topped from a compositional/lyrical standpoint. There are a few great Police albums, and Zendatta Monyatta is great too, but this one's got the best songs. The first half is great, but it might take some getting used to ("Mother" always makes me laugh).However, most of the songs on the second half have recieved heavy airplay over the past few years. "Synchronicity" is essential for any serious listener.
