Chapstick, Chapped Lips, and Things Like Chemistry: I can't really figure out exactly what this song is about but it's one of my favorites on this cd...very catchy and upbeat.
Mood Rings: Another really good song...this one is about tempermental girls...It's lower on my list of favorites on the cd but my friends are obsessed with it, so who knows :)
Falling Out: In The top three best songs on the entire album...this one just makes you happy :)
Forward Motion: This is probably my favorite song on this cd, it's even better live (anyone go to soulfest in NH this year?) It has a good message too.
In Love With The Eighties: Very funny and entertaining, and you've gotta love the eighties-style music in the background.
College Kids: Catchy, fast, and fun to listen to.
Trademark Move: Yet another really good song (are you seeing a pattern here?)
Hoopes I Did It Again: If you live in Ohio then you'll probably like this one (if you agree with it, that is)...in the top 5 on the cd.
Over Thinking: This one I don't listen to as much but when I do I say "Why don't I listen to this more often?" It's one of those songs most people can relate to in some way...
I Am Understood: One of the more faith-based songs on the cd, not quite up there with "For The Moments I Feel Faint" but still fantastical.
Getting Into You: In The top five on the cd...a slower, ballad type song...also fairly easy to play on the guitar :)
Gibberish: Whelp, I was ashamed that I didn't know it for their concert. If any of you do, I am quite impressed. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, it's a song of mostly made up words. Hence the name "Gibberish".
From End To End: DEFINITELY in the top five. I think so far I have like 6 in the top five, but oh well. AWESOME AWESOME song.
Jefferson Aeroplane: In the top five AGAIN. What can I say? They concluded a cd full of great songs with yet another GREAT SONG. Imagine that.
If you are not convinced by now then I guess you are just going to have to suffer a Relient K-less existence. Seriously. Buy it. Don't burn it because it's more fun to spend money. And it's worth every penny. And while you're at it go to one of their concerts because they are awesome in concert. And look for the acoustic version of "Softer To Me" because that's really good too.
