I listened to it upon returning home. My first thought was, "Wow, no matter what, Relient K just keeps getting better and better." This cd is AMAZING. It's a lot of fun, just like both of their other cds. But, as most people do over the years, the boys of RK have matured lyrically and instrumentally. The soft ballad "Getting Into You" was quickly one of my favorites. Acoustic guitar songs give me goosebumps (the good kind, silly). But my favorite song has to be "In Love With The 80's (Pink Tux To The Prom)". It always makes me laugh. I can completely relate to "Am I Understood?" as I struggle with my growth in Christ. "Mood Rings" sounds silly at first, but when you listen to the words, you realize how true it is. Being a girl myself, I notice that I can be moody to say the very least. "Over Thinking" made me think twice about the way I think. Confusing, huh? Suprisingly, not in the least. "Trademark" is another one I can relate to. I feel like I turn my back on my friends a lot.
All in all, "two lefts don't make a right... but three do" is worth the money. And pick the pink one, it looks like a scene from "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City." And don't turn the cd player right after the last song.... you will regret if you do.
