... And the beat gets started!!

(10/10)
This is the first of many Scooter albums and, while I think their best was yet to come, this is nevertheless a great debut album from an act whose style of music rarely produces many albums from the same group. Scooter's first ever hit singles are included in this album - check out "Move Your Ass!", "Endless Summer," "Hyper Hyper" and "Friends," although it's a shame the single version of "Friends" isn't on the album, like the others. Most of the album tries to recreate a "live" atmosphere to it, with crowd noises appearing all the way through, which is a nice feature on the happy, fast songs of "Beautiful Vibes" and "Faster Harder Scooter." But the slower trancey tracks are good too, particularly "Waiting for Spring." Overall, an excellent first album, although I think that they improved even further on their next couple of albums.
