Chaos A.D.

2nd Fav from Sepultura

Review Score: StarStarStarStarStarStarStarStarStarStar (10/10)
As a big Sepulfan I'm a fan of all there albumns but this is only second to Beneath the Remains. Arise is awesome to and its hard to compare that to this beacause the music styles are so different but overall Id say this wins it. Chaos A.D. was when Sepultura added there tribal element, that they took a lot further in Roots, and when they got a lot slower like in the song Amen. There are still some good fast ones too like Bitoch is Godzilla. Really all the songs are awesome except I think Amen could be expendable, the song seemed like it was just kinda dragging along. Of course the obvious standouts are Refuse/Resist, Territory, and Slave New World which all had music videos made. And the tribal jam Kaiowas is really cool to. All of this is kept up by Igor Calaveras awesome drumming which I think reached its peak in this albumn. The bonus tracks are really cool with a Amen/Innerself medly and live tracks of Territory and Kaiowas.
So all in all if your willing to slow down a little from Beneath the Remains and Arise and experiment a little or if your a fan of Roots definitly pick this one up.
