The Absolute WORST of Sepultura's Album's

Sepultura have to be kidding with this record. All the elements of thrash metal have been removed to make way for repulsive tribal influenced rythems. The album starts of with the Nu-Metal garbage tune "Roots, Bloody, Roots," and just gets worse as it goes on during it's 60 + running time. "Lookaway," the song that features Jonathan Davis of Korn, Mike Patton of Faith No More, and D.J. Lethal is atrocious. The lyrics are distored and unclear and the guitar riffs and drumming are slower than the pace of a snail crawling on dry pavement. The only fast song here is dictatorS#$t and it's more in hardcore vein than thrash metal days of their previous albums Arise and Beneath The Remains. After the lackluster Chaos A.D. I feared Sepultura were on their way to a downfall they would never recover from. After listening to Sepultura's later albums Against and Nation I was clearly right. It was probably right that they kicked Max out. At least their new albums try to incorporate a few thrash tunes into the mix. Soulfly's albums Soulfly and Primitive are possibly the 2 WOSRST metal albums to come out in the past 3 years. Avoid them at all costs!! It's a dark time for Thrash Metal kids!!!
