My brother purchased this CD, but since he is away and probably won't be writing a revue any time soon I figured I'd do the job for him.
I must admit I wasn't to thrilled to listen to a band that I had heard no great things about...much less any thing at all! But after I popped Sonata Arctica into my CD player and listened...I was in love!
It is totally different from anything I have ever heard before from pop, rock, heavy metal, or hip hop in the U.S. In fact the style is so ingenious I'm suprised these guys haven't started a reputation in the United States!
I do hope that you too purchase this CD and find out for yourself how great it is, you'll be glad you did!
