Finally, the T.I.P. has broke through the hip-hop scene and now his voice is being heard. And believe me, the man has a lot to say. On "Trap Muzik," he talks about everything from where he's from ("Trap Muzik"), what he's seen during his lifetime ("Be Easy"), how he rolls now ("24s"), how he loves his kids ("I Still Luv You"), and how he's changed throughout time ("T.I. Vs. T.I.P."). All in all, T.I. comes raw and correct and unlike a lot of other artists from the "Dirty South," he makes his album meaningful. He relives stories and gives messages, something a lot of so-called hip-hop artists don't bring to the culture. Nonetheless, "Trap Muzik" is a great listen and is douced with hott beats. The cuts I find most appealing off the album are "Be Easy," the Kanye West produced "Doin' My Job," "Let Me Tell You Something," and "I Still Luv You." Even though "Trap Muzik" isn't a hip-hop classic, T.I. has definitely trapped me and a lot of other hip-hop listeners' into anticipating what he's going to deliver next. This album is much better than his previous release "I'm Serious."
