The King is back

Once again to adress those out there that still refuse to give the proper respect to rappers in the south...it's time for ya'll to lay down. From Luke's Miami bass to Outkast and Goodie MOb's consciousness to Triple Six (the originators of Crunk) to Eightball, MJG and UGK's pimpology to the Getto Boys gangsta southern rap finally has one man to step in and stake claim for what has been up in the air for a while. And for those of you that are just now getting hip to it, it ain't Luda even though no one can dispute his charisma and creativeness or Lil' Flip for his lack of the forementioned, it's TIP. The man has the credentials to back it( check I'm serious, classic autobiographical of the man), to claiming the streets on I'm serious, to now grabbing the mainstream on Urban Legend. Follow Jay-z's track record from reasonable doubt to Vol. 2 and see the comparison.
Well enough of that back to the album, being a fan of the music, I'm happy to see that he hasn't taken a step back, although I like Trap Muzik better this album was a necessary step in national recognition. Tracks one through 6 and 8 and 16 are basically some street, I will get in that a@# type of songs while tracks 7,9 and 10 are catered for the club crowd, and tracks 11 and 15 are slowed down for those that wanna chill with they ole lady. Lastly 5 and 17 are for those that are open minded enough to get away from all that dumb ish that's out in music right now. The only song that might get skipped (unless you are a big P$C fan) is 14 Limelight.
As far as others comparing TI to Luda, Flip, Trick, or any other legends of the south...the man stands alone in lyricism, street credibility and overall being liked by the masses. For one Luda is a great rapper but taking him seriously by what he says about being hard it'll never happen. Lil Flip... the line I'll treat you like milk I'll do nothin but spoil you speaks for itself, GARBAGE!!!. Trick Daddy, great artists but'll never regain the fanfare of I'm a thug. And as for Outkast Eightball MJG Scarface UGK Goodie MOb have all given him the torch to run with so stop it, HATERZ.
And finall for all of you out there that have just gotten into southern rap in just these past years and think that it's all about bein crunk pick up this album Trap Muzik, and I'm serious and you will learn alot of how southerners are...Great Album!
