TI held it down this time around, defining his style further, even if it's not as varied as before. His lyricism is top notch, though (if I may complain) you don't have the same sort of creativity, like in "TI vs. TIP" or "What Happened?" There's also a few too many guest appearances here, but still less than most popular rap albums. My last and biggest complaint (if I may): TI doesn't have as much social commentary this time (see "Doin My Job" or "No More Talk" on Trap Muzik) and there aren't any of the same 'cryin' in my beer' tracks that make his former albums so endearing.
On the positive: TI kept it south, the beats are better (they still have the same flavor though), and he improved his flow. Urban Legend is a great album, and keeps TI in the category of artists I will never download. Old fans will love him as usual and new fans should find something they've really been missing.
