I got this cd about a year ago and just listen to the first few tracks and liked them, but once you listen to this cd from start to finish you will have a much better understanding of Black Star I was so hooked I had a burned copy that I gave to one of my friends and I went out and bought this cd. Its the one cd I have (besides reflection eternal) that is a league of its own. Wow I could listen to respiration all day long and K.O.S. it seems like every song just keeps on getting better as the cd goes on. Its the perfect example of what a cd should be. After every track I was like this song is my favorite then I'd hear the next one and b like no this is my favorite. If you want to spend your money "wisely" buy this cd not some trashy one hit wonder you can just download. This cd really does defy all odds and kweli and mos def put in work to make this one of the best cds ever made. You can't go wrong with this cd
