I have been listening to hip-hop since it was born back in the end of disco (some believe it was then) with the lyrics backed by breakbeats. The stuff that Mos Def and Talib Kweli are releasing is absolutely phenomenal. It gets back to the basics, is hip-hop at its core, and shows the rest of those out there that it's not necessarily for the money, but for the message that hip-hop is made. These two know what it's about, and if you like The Roots, the Italian Job, or hell even if you like Floetry, you'll love this. A MUST BUY
