Page Is Redeemed After "Clarksdale"!

I have to admit this is the first Black Crowes CD I have bought. What a set, too bad there isn't a video available. I really liked "The Lemon Song", "Heartbreaker", "Custard Pie", and "In My Time Of Dying". The blues covers are nice extras. Page is in top form and has redeemed himself in my book after the dismal "Clarksdale" sessions.

The vocals on this set are incredible, especially on "The Lemon Song" and "You Shook Me", gotta have good lungs for those trax. Also having multiple guitarist adds a depth and richness that Zeppelin wasn't able to capture live.

It would have been nice to see maybe "Since I've Been Loving You", "The Wanton Song", or "Communication Breakdown" on this set.

I would have liked to see Page involved with the production of this CD, that's why I gave it a 4 star rating. All in all, great set....buy it, you won't be disappointed.
