If you are going to buy one clash album, make it C on B

In my opinion the clash were the greatest band of all time. Earlier in their career they had the trappings of just another british punk band (sporting a bassist who had to have the chords written on the neck of his bass plus a whole lot of angst and volume) but they had the political conviction and songwritting talent not to slip into obscurity. Throughout their years their constant experimentation led to much deeper sound, toying with regae, rockabilly, disco, funk, calipso, jazz, and more. Nothing I could say could possibly do the band justice. This album presents it all. I beleive the last track is Street Parade.
