I might not be a typical U2 fan. My favorite songs from them were not played on the radio. "Exit" is the first one on my list, second one is on this album, "New York" and third is "Bullet the blue sky". This album is less interseting than Joshua Tree but is an overall great album. Mostly good songs, "Elevation", "Beautiful day" but there are dull moments with "Kite" and "Peace on earth" which tend to sound like Daniel Lanois mellower songs (except for "Lotta love to give" and "the messenger" which are wonderful songs).
