great cd

Alright first of all i've been alive about as long as u2 has been together,a nd there is actual tape of me dancing to with or without you. So me being a lover of the old U2 may make me biased. But anyhow I was never a big fan of U2's 90's transistion.. achtung baby wasnt bad but i dont think it could touch War, The joshua tree, or the unforgettable fire for that matter... zooropa and pop I thought were honorable for being done by U2, but defiently a dissapointment. This cd I would say would have to at least rank in the top 3 U2 cds of all time... maybe bumped out by their recent release which is also awesome. Like all U2 tracks these songs sound 10x's better live, if you never heard them live go buy U2:go home...immedietly... But in any case this cd is great for having not a couple but a bunch of star worthy songs, something their last few cds lacked trmendiously in...Beautiful day is an anthem that brings them back to their old glory years, surpassing even the best songs on their last 3 cds..(yes even one and stare at the sun)... Its a tremendous feel good cd, and kite is a really emotional song...I wouldnt say this is as good as their 80's years but sure beats the 90's... awesome check out how to dismantle an atomic bomb...
