I'd love to tell you something about my experience with those recordings, from the view of a normal person, which used not to be interested in U2, or even rock music.

I bought their greatest hits 6 months ago, and it was just because of track n.3 - "With or without you" - which I heared on the radio. After listening to the whole album, I realized that I paid for a kind of music I will probably never like, and wanted to go to the shop and return it back. But after another listening, I found out that I like some songs. After a few days, I totally changed my mind. This is not the type of music you hear once on a radio, you like it, buy it, listen to it for 20 times and then throw it away, forever. The tracks which seem dumb and uninteresting suddenly start to grow into amazing and wonderful sort of rock you never forget to sing everywhere you go. The longer my antipaties to a song lasted, the better I found it in the end. After two weeks, I started to love this album, the band and also rock music. I was totally drown in it. I couldn't have resisted playing it again and again. U2 became my favourite band, and now I own another four albums.

I hope now you all get what I wanna say. After buying this, even for only one track, (I really wasn't U2 fan that time so I cannot blame them for not-100-percent-perfect choosing of tracks) I will never regret. U2 is a legend. U2 is a band with lots of ideas, marvellous sounds and unforgettable music, which leaves you pinned to the floor with unexplainably wonderful feelings.

I hope that if you hesitated before buyng this CD, now you don't. Because this is the best thing you can get for your money.
