John Barnicle of Dummy reccommended this to me

If you keep track of midwest power punk then you are familiar with John Barnicle of Dummy. He is best known for giving reccommendations for new rock bands that sound like Radiohead. That's why I was so surprised when he reccommended this new album by an old band that sounds like Radiohead. This album is not the best U2 album, nor is it a Radiohead album. Three stars for effort, 1 star for result, 2 stars average.
