they're campaining for the U.S goverment
Review Score:

(2/10)
Without all that awful marketing, probably this album would have been better.
These extremely rich businessmen ( former musicians ) are back just for money. Paradoxically U2 became famous due their varied musical expressions, linked with honesty and fighting for causes like environment, human rights and end of poverty.
Those days have gone. The well-known and overhyped band use their fame to get commercial agreements with iPod and Apple Tunes, revealing how greedy cynical are they now.
For worse, they're campaining for U.S goverment, the same who deny basic human rights ( life, food, care, health, etc ) in many countries around the whole globe because of their globalization. Any Bush action ( no matter how butcher is it ) is good for Bono, the former ambassador of the truth and justice. "Money is more important than anything else" they seem to think.
We have been ignored by U2. Perhaps because of this recent lack of interaction with fans hopes and feelings, this album is getting worse every day, and more fans are feeling out of love with these iPod men.
These songs comes from businessmen minds, not from musicians minds.
