Two Great Albums in a Row!

I actually rate this album 4.5 stars, but Amazon won't let me do that, so I'll be nice and round up.

This is an excellent album, from start to finish. The funny thing is, while "Vertigo" is the big hit from the album, it's actually one of my least favorite songs. It's fun to listen to, but that's about it.

Just like "All That You Can't Leave Behind" had the absolutely perfect song "Kite" (my favorite U2 song) that wasn't released as a single, this album also has a non-single gem - "City of Blinding Lights". The song starts out with one of the most beautiful inroductions I've heard, and then it moves on to brilliant, melodic, and catchy lyrics. This is certainly right up there near "Kite" on my favorite songs list.

Some other excellent songs on the album include "Sometimes You Can't Make It On Our Own", "Miracle Drug", "Original of the Species", "Love and Peace or Else", "One Step Closer", and "Yahweh". But every song on the album is certainly worth many listens - there isn't a single "skip" song.

Definitely worth the money for anyone who loves good rock 'n roll!
