Eletronic meeting

Seems like every 80, 90s rock band had a moment with eletronic experiences late in the 90s. Many of these experiments became anoying back in 1999, 2000 and so on. It became all a big cliche, specially for rock bands trying to work in a modern way. In this record is when it best happens with U2. I remember thinking it was a great big joke when I first watched and listened to Discoteque. It was like making funny of this eletronic meeting. So I resisted to this record for a long time. After a really long time I decided to buy it, probably because i've found anything else to buy at the record store. After listening to it, I found a great guitar record (exact the oposite I thought before!). Even sounding eletronic, you find out it's all real, real guitars, pretending to be eletronic sounds, a really nice record for guitar lovers.
