TO MUFFLED..

(6/10)My anticapation for this CD was huge. Walk on Water, Chocolate Box, and Unforgiven are three of the most rockin cd's released in the 1990's. Yes this disc does rock, but the production is awful. At times it is really hard to make out what Phil is singing (TO MUFFLED), the addition of lyrics would have been nice. Musically the disc is typical UFO, Melodic, powerful, and groovy. Favorite tracks are "The smell of money", "Rise Again" love the backround chorus, "Miss the Lights", and the fast paced "Midnight Train". All in all "TO MUFFLED". The live CD is a wonderful bonus to this release, as it is always a treat to hear them live. As the first CD in this "BOX SET" lacks production, the live CD lacks more tracks from "Walk On Water". Would have liked to have had "Darker Days", A Self Made Man", "Knock Knock", and "Dreaming of Summer" added to it. Covenant is a must have for UFO fans, and is surely worth the price. "TO MUFFLED" is all.....
