With Usher's sophomore album My Way, he established himself as a smooth ladies man. Crooning on silky smooth ballads and moonwalking his way into bedrooms, Usher hits the spot. While being released on LaFace and being recorded solely in Atlanta Usher delivers his best album. Backed by legends Jermaine Dupri and Babyface Usher lets out soulful, and up-to-date masterpieces.

He has one of the best and most unique voices in the industry as it is easily recognizable. For example take Slow Jam, written and produced by Babyface. This song is a song for the ages. Usher and Monica's voices beautifully blend together serving up a lush ballad that will be remembered for generations. Timeless. This is the best song on the album. You Make Me Wanna, Usher's breakthrough single, is a club groove telling a story from a different perspective. It is about him falling in love with the woman that hooked him up with his current woman and is very interesting. The next masterpiece is Nice & Slow. If you have ever heard this song then you know but it is hard to describe the greatness of this song. Just peep it for yourself. My Way is another suave song that only Usher could pull off. Jermaine Dupri provides this awesome beat and the harmony is perfect. I Will is another slow jam and will definitely get you doing what you need to do if you know what I mean! Bedtime continues the same trend as I Will except it is written and produced by Babyface and it has his signature sound sprinkled all over it. Babyface even sings backup! Truly a great song. One Day You'll Be Mine samples The Isley Brothers Classic Footsteps in The Dark and he doesn't ruin it at all. The only song I don't like is Come Back I just think its wack.

Overall this is a definite classic cd. Even though it lacks length ( running about 45 minutes ) its more than made up by the quality of the songs. If you like Usher's newest work you will most likely fall in love with this cd. I Cant get enough of it! Purchase this quality disc.
