Can someone please write a decent review...please?
Just to say that 9 songs for an album (in this day and age) is pretty poor - even for someone as "fine" as usher. I wasnt feeling the Babyface tracks at all - no originality and creativeness at all. The JD tracks were slamming and cold, but I think Usher shouldn't have strayed from the awesome production talents from his first album - Puffy, Chucky Thompson and Devante (among others) who, collectively, created one of the top 3 rnb albums of all time (along with Jodeci's "Show, After Party..." and Ginuwine's "Bachelour").
What was also great about that album was that you had some of todays talent in their pre-supastar status, like Puff, Timbaland, and Tone/Poke (one of the two from Trackmasters) along with Faith Evans.
Sorry, but as good as about 4/5 tracks on this album are - it simply does NOT compete with the classic of '94.
PEACE EASY!
