Classic Van Halen sound, better with extra track.

I still enjoy listening to Balance, even though it is a few years old. Somehow learning to play the songs right along with listening to it adds depth. It is a shame thought that the extra track "crossing over" was left off the US release. Buying the japaneese release tends to be difficult if not expensive. If you liked the "best of" releases that Van Hagar did with the twister soundtrack then the extra track is right along those lines. Crossing over has the dark sound that I like from Humans Being, with the feeling of Respect the Wind. Music like this puts to shame most of the new stuff coming out from other "flavor of the month" bands out there. A true classic in its own right.
