WHAM BAM - A MASTERPIECE!

I was completely floored at just how much I liked this CD when I first played it. I'm a huge Van Halen fan and must say that after listening to this recording dozens of times that I rank it #2 in my VH collection just behind their first release. For you diehard VH fans you know how difficult it is to choose your favorite. For you DLR die-hards, get over it.

I say without hesitation that I enjoy the hell out of every track-except maybe 'Big Fat Money'- on this album. I agree with an earlier review that this goes against the tidal wave of grunge rock which hit the 90s, although I do like several grunge bands. It shouldn't matter under what circumstances this CD was released-this is pure VH.

This release should be in the Amazon essential recordings.
