When I first heard of this CD being realesed, I was excited. But I quickly became disapointed for (2) reasons 1. only a single CD set. 2. No depth. it seems like WB only concetrated on the hits and pulling a few album tracks. No pretty women No everybody wants some No meanstreet ETC. Now we had to buy a GH to get a few new songs. I wish labels would stick to already relesed stuff and leave the new tunes for the new albums. Making a fan pay 15.00 new or 9.00 used to get 1 or two new tunes sucks. For those fans who already have all the remastered CD's anyway. Now it is approx 3 to 5 years later and another GH comes out w/ 3 more new songs. Not everybody is going to love exactly what is chosen for a greatist hits CD. But the fans are never asked what they would like. The labels should do pole and compile a GH from the fans choices, since they are the ones slapping down the money to buy it. If what I heard is true that there is a glitch on song # 6 on disc 1. " NICE" going WB. I guess GH's CD's are meant for a casual fans, but atleast the label could realese a CD single w/ the new tracks for the dihards who have all the CDs, but you know record excecs always have there head up there ass when comes to picking tunes, they are just toe tappers, who don't know what fans like...maybe we will get a new Van Hagar realese down the road or even a box set w/ B-sides. I think that Balence did not get enough exposer on both thses GH's, just my opinion...Mike
