This collection features the hits of the band having one of best guitarists of alltime.

'Eruption' from their first album is known for Eddie's experimental playing. He is said to be inventor the technique called 'tapping' in this song. I would say the playing was as great as always. This and 'Dreams' (from '5150' album) are simply superb. Whenever I listen to the fluent guitar sound he produced in 'Dreams', I really go out of my mind.

He is the best along with Dire Straits's Mark Knopfler when it comes to playing guitar. If you have ever seen a Van Halen concert or video, you know this guy plays his instrument with utter easeness. He is jumps and it appears he is not concentrating at all on his playing. How come he makes such amazing sound!!!

Still 4 stars because, I always skip the newer tracks, ('Me wise magic' and others). Without those it would have got a 5 star.

Buy it for Eddie.
