Can't Argue With The Music, But Could've Been Better

A pretty complete retrospective of Van Halen's career. <i>Most</i> of the songs that should be here are here, from both eras of the band. There are also two new songs with Diamond Dave, one of which (Me Wise Magic) is good. Also Humans Being is here, which is the last song that the band recorded with Sammy. The hits are here: Right Now, Jump, Panama, Why Can't This Be Love, etc. and lots more, but there are some notable exceptions. Candidates for Volume II: You Really Got Me, Jamie's Cryin', Everybody Wants Some!, I'll Wait, and Hot For Teacher from Dave, and Love Walks In, Best of Both Worlds, Finish What Ye Started, Summer Nights, and Black and Blue from Sammy. Despite these exceptions, this is the best introduction to the world of Van Halen.
