I never thought I'd write a bad Van Halen review

Acyually I did, after David Lee Roth left Van Halen was shortly going down hill. Sammy Hagar did a pretty decent job leading the band after Diamond Dave but no one will be able to match the original frontmans greatness. But after Sammy left I had a feeling that the new frontman would do a decent job as well...I was wrong. Gary Cherone was a bad idea, this album is corny, cheesy and above all shallow. The only reason why I'm giving this 2 stars is because I can never say that Eddie Van Halen, Michael Anthony and Alex Van Halen are doing a terrible job. I guess this is what happens when bands suddenly start to age. Just like Metallica did before them (with Reload) Van Halen is spiraling downhill, heading towards lamer and lamer songs. Eddie Van Halen, quit music now so that I can still call you one of the greatest guitar players ever. Alex, you're still a good drummer, but do what Dave Grohl did and form another band with you as frontman. Michael Anthony...do whatever the hell you want, I never really noticed you anyway. Gary Cherone, quit music, you're not that great. There I've done it.
