Downey, Shepard = Divine!

In the editorial review, the writer complained about Downey's "raspy" voice; however, his voice is what makes the album great! Downey's and Shepard's duet rendition of Chances Are is the most memorable track on the album. Also of note is a song written and performed by Downey himself: Snakes. Despite his trouble with his addiction, this man's talent cannot be denied or ignored. His performance alone makes this album worth buying.

Also worth mentioning are Shepard's vocals in Alone Again (Naturally) and For Once in My Life. Every time I play them, I like them more. Shepard's voice is so distinguished; one can't help but enjoy the melancholic lyrics she sings.

This is definitely the best Ally McBeal CD released to date. Don't miss it!
