this cd is good. vonda shepard has a very graceful smooth voice, which i find relaxing. but something that REALLY surprised me on this cd was the song written and performed by the talented Robert Downey Jr. his song 'Snakes' is one of the most deeply touching songs i've ever heard. I actually cried when I heard it, I'm not really sure why. He blew me away. his performance on the track 'every breath you take' is mediocre - i actually wasn't sure which one was sting and which was mr. downey at first, until sting came in - i thought downey was him. however, it is a nice performance. with the classics on the cd along with vonda and robert - everything is balanced very nicely. But for the song 'Snakes' - the purchase was worth it alone. I truly hope Mr. Downey gets a record contract after his legal problems are solved, because I'll be the first one in line to purchase his first CD.
