Superior Soundtrack compensates for atrocious film

Whitney impressive vocals and sleek beauty compensate for the fact that she is a rotten actress. "I Will Always Love You" and "I Have Nothing" are two soul-stirring ballads, especially the latter, which I feel is superior to the former. David Foster is a producer of some merit, and knows how to showcase Houston's superb singing with dramatic, over the top orchestration. The dance tracks produced by Babyface are passable, but nothing more. The non-Houston songs are less than memorable, and the less said about them, the better.
