Great album! And funny that people complain...

I find it funny that people here complain about the fact that this album doesn't have the dance remixes, and then you go to the reviews of her greatest hits (US version) and people are complaining over there that it does have the dance remixes. Kind of ridiculous. People complained to Arista when they bought this album that they didn't have the fast versions they loved, so Arista listened to them and put the remixes on her greatest hits, then people complained that they don't want the remixes. WHATEVER!! LOL. Anyways, I'm happy with both albums.

This is a great album, it's very R&B, much more soulful then any of her other albums (except the Preacher's Wife soundtrack which was mainly gospel). Back in the 80's and early 90's she used to sing more pop songs & power ballads, but this album is more deep and more soulful. She really succeeded in staying relevant over the years. IMO, if you love great R&B music, then this cd will become one of your all-time favourites. If you want the dance remixes that you heard on the radio, then either buy the singles or the US version of her greatest hits (because the international has the original versions of the songs). My favourite song on this album is the incredible ballad I Learned From The Best, what a voice!
