(4/10)The words "self-indulgent," "pretentious," and "self-conscious" come to mind. It's like going to a lecture on a Saturday night; no fun. I don't feel the need to appreciate this CD on repeated listenings simply because every rock critic tells me I should. Wilco has run their course. Time to form a new band.
